HAMACH HCV410A HQ is the ideal dust extraction cyclone with automatic filter cleaning and suitable for max 4 sanders and a pipeline of max 30 meters. For smaller central dust extraction systems with 2 swivel arms. A small dust extraction cyclone of professional quality with a long life. High quality turbine for normal professional use, is virtually maintenance free and has a long life.

A side chanal compactor, built-in vacuum valve and thermal protection is used. The approved filter material ensures complete filtering of both the coarse and also fine sanding dust (dust class M, <0,1 %).
The HCV410A HQ has one flannel filter for coarse sanding dust and a nylon filter for fine sanding dust. These filters are cleaned by means of a simple agitation mechanism. This works manually, and will have to be controlled at least 4 time per day. This is to prevent the filters clogging with dust. By making use of a side channel compactor a higher yield is realized at a low speed.
