CROP 2K Epoxy Primer 1 liter is a gray anti rust primer with corrosion protection for metal, aluminum, galvanized steel, fiberglass, carbon and over putty. This 2K Primer Epoxy contains anti corrosion pigments that prevents the surface from rusting or oxidizing after the primer is applied. The anti-rust primer has a very powerful adhesion to the surface and has a high filling power that allows you to instantly fill uneven areas such as holes, pinholes, cracks and sanding scratches. After the primer cures, you can easily sand this 2K epoxy primer to a smooth surface.

How to spray epoxy primer
You spray this epoxy primer using a paint sprayer with a 1.5mm, 1.6mm or 1.8mm nozzle opening at a compressed air pressure of 2.5 to 3 bar. How many coats of epoxy primer to spray depends on the surface. However, usually 2 to 3 coats of epoxy primer are sufficient. Follow the step-by-step plan below to correctly apply this primer epoxy 2K.
- Adjust your paint sprayer to a pressure of 2.5 to 3 bar maximum.
- Spray two coats of primer so that the epoxy primer is applied properly and opaque.
- After the last coat, let the primer dry and cure completely.
- After 8 hours at 20℃, you can sand the primer (after 30 minutes at 60℃).
