Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- Print and complete the return form or return your product(s) in the shop.
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.
What can you expect?
Immediately after we receive your parcel, it will be inspected by our returns department with a desired solution.
Do you prefer a refund? Within 7 days after confirmation of your product, we will refund the purchase price to the same bank account number used during payment. Did you pay with a gift voucher? You will receive the amount back as a voucher.
Do you prefer a different product? After we receive your parcel, you will receive the exchange product as soon as possible.
- Is the new product cheaper? You will receive the remaining amount back to your account within 7 days. Your new product will be sent the same day.
- Is the new product more expensive? You will receive an additional invoice for the remaining amount. After receiving your payment, we will send your product the same day.
Returns of custom made car paint
Have you ordered paint and not satisfied with the color? Our experienced color makers carefully mix the paint with the utmost care. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return customized paint.
