VAT-free ordering for businesses

Business customers in the Netherlands can place orders and reclaim VAT themselves. Companies in other EU countries can order VAT-free by entering a valid VAT number during checkout.

How to order VAT-free at CROP

If you have a CROP account, simply add your company’s VAT number to your account details. The system will remember it and automatically apply it to future orders.

Ordering as a guest? No problem! Enter your VAT number at checkout. The system verifies the number immediately, and if valid, VAT is automatically removed from your order.

Business ordering on account

At CROP, businesses have the option to order on account and pay afterward.

Business account ordering is available once you meet the requirements and credit approval has been granted. Advantages of ordering on account at CROP:

  • Orders can be placed by phone, email, or via the website.
  • You have 30 days to pay.

Easily add a reference number or PO number to your invoice.

Requirements for ordering on account

The company must be registered with the Chamber of Commerce for at least 1 year. We conduct a financial credit check. Once approved, ordering on account is possible. Can’t wait for approval? No problem, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.

Quotes and Discounts

Does your company work with quotes and discounts? We’re happy to create custom business orders. At CROP, you can expect:

  • Discounts applied for larger orders from €1500 excl. VAT, where possible.
  • Advice tailored to the specific needs and applications of your business.
  • Reference numbers and order details can be added directly to the quote.
