Warranty & repairs
At CROP, we are service-oriented. If your product appears to be defective, you can be sure that we will solve this for you. The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. This means that an article must be in good condition and function properly in normal use. When you receive an item where this is not the case, we will offer a suitable solution as soon as possible.
What to do?
A repair within the warranty period and warranty conditions is free of charge. Your invoice or order confirmation is the guarantee certificate.
- Complete the online return form. Indicate clearly what is wrong with the product.
- After completing the online return form, you will receive the confirmation in your e-mail. Print it out and add it to the product.
- Now it's time to sit back and relax. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Official manufacturer's warranty
As an official dealer of a broad variety of brands, we provide the corresponding warranty from their factory. This ensures that your product is in good hands. The manufacturer or importer can set conditions for the warranty. The term of their warranty can be found in the documentation supplied with the product.
What are the costs outside the warranty period?
That depends on the product and the repair. Is the defect outside the warranty conditions and warranty period? No worries, we always provide a quotation beforehand. Afterwards:
- You agree with the quotation and provide a payment. Once you have paid, we will return your repaired item.
- You want the product back without being repaired. You only pay for the shipping costs and/or research costs if applicable.
- You don’t want the product back and repaired. We will give the product a nice spot in our ‘’gallery’’.
What is the status of my repair?
