Warranty and Repairs at CROP
At CROP, service and reliability always come first. If something goes wrong with your order or a product turns out to be defective, don’t worry. We’ll resolve it quickly and carefully for you. All items you purchase from us are covered by the statutory warranty: every product must perform as you can reasonably expect under normal use. If that’s not the case, we’ll provide an appropriate solution.
How to report a defect or repair
A repair that falls within the warranty conditions is always free of charge.
Your invoice or order confirmation serves as your proof of warranty.
Follow these steps:
- Complete the online return form and clearly describe the issue with the product.
- You’ll receive a confirmation by email, print it out and include it with the return package.
- We’ll contact you the same working day to arrange the next steps.
After that, there’s nothing more you need to do, we’ll take care of everything.
Official Manufacturer’s Warranty
As an authorized dealer of leading brands, we also offer the official manufacturer’s warranty. This ensures your product is in good hands. Manufacturers or importers may apply their own warranty terms or periods, these can be found in the documentation supplied with the product.
Costs outside the warranty period
If a defect is not covered by the warranty, we’ll always inform you of the costs before carrying out any repairs. You then decide what happens next:
- You accept the quotation: we’ll repair the product and return it to you once payment is received.
- You don’t want it repaired but want it returned: you only pay for shipping and any inspection costs.
- You don’t want it repaired and don’t want it back: we’ll dispose of it responsibly, and with a smile, we’ll say your product has earned a spot in our “museum.”
