HAMACH HCV510 HQ is the perfect extraction cyclone with manual filter cleaning and suitable for max. 5 sanders and a pipeline of up to 70 meters. For smaller central dust extraction systems with 2 swivel arms. A small central vacuum machine of professional quality with a long life. The HQ (High Quality) vacuum machine for normal professional use, is virtually maintenance free and has a long life. By default, this suction cyclone comes with a switch box with a Star-Delta circuit. It is possible to remote enable for this unit of the HCV510 HQ.

Use is made of a side channel compactor, built-in vacuum valve and thermal protection. The approved filter material ensures complete filtering of both the gross and also fine sanding dust (dust class M, <0.1%).

The HCV510 HQ has one flannel filter for coarse sanding dust and one nylon filter for fine sanding dust. These filters are cleaned by means of a simple agitation mechanism. This works manually, and will be at least four times per day should be operated. This is to prevent that the filters are clogged with dust. By making use of a side channel compactor, a larger output is realized with a low engine speed.
