2K Epoxy Primer Set from CROP consists of 1 liter EP primer gray, 333ml hardener and 1 liter thinner. This complete set of 2K epoxy primer contains a total of 2.5 liters giving you everything you need to spray primer. This is the best 2K epoxy primer with anti-rust effect for metal, aluminum, iron, galvanized steel or over putty and existing paint.

Anti rust primer car

Do you want to spray an anti rust primer on your car? This gray EP primer is a special anti rust primer with epoxy and corrosion protection. Because of this, the CROP 2K epoxy primer is used to spray car parts and bodywork in an anti-rust primer. Thanks to its professional quality, this 2K primer epoxy prevents your car from rusting.

2K primer epoxy mixing ratio

The 2K primer epoxy mixing ratio is 3 to 1. To 1 liter of primer you add 333ml of activator that takes care of curing the primer. We recommend diluting the epoxy primer including hardener 5% with the supplied thinner.

Sanding epoxy primer

After spraying the last layer of primer, it is dry in 3 hours at 20°C and you can sand the epoxy primer after 6 hours. We recommend sanding the EP primer in steps from P220 to P400. This will make the surface smooth and tight after which you can refinish the epoxy primer with 1K or 2K lacquer.
