SprayMax Variator spray cap Set

SprayMax Variator-Set is a set of 6 spray caps for SprayMax aerosol. SprayMax Variator spray cap provide a professional atomization of paint or lacquer from a spray can. With a SprayMax Variator spray cap you achieve a perfect, tight and professional spray result that is equivalent to atomization with a paint spray gun.

Adjustable spray cap for spray can

The SprayMax Variator-Set is a special nozzle where the paint atomization is adjustable. This allows you to set the size of the spray and how much paint. You do this by simply turning the red wheel on top of the spray cap. This special spray can spray cap from SprayMax produces, unlike a standard round jet nozzle, a wider, flat spray that can easily switch between a horizontal and vertical spray pattern. This allows (like a paint spray gun) a so-called cross coat to be sprayed.

Minor modification for other aerosols
Initially disappointed because the spraymax spray cans apparently work a little differently than all other spray cans. After studying other spray caps found out that they all have a slit in the part that goes into the spray can, where with other brands the paint goes through. With a sharp knife I made a small cut in the variator caps and now they work perfectly on every spray can. Fine caps with good atomization and faster than putting a different cap on every time.
