The SprayMax Spray Putty aerosol has a high filling capacity which allows the spray putty to be used for leveling small imperfections, light pits, scuff marks and sand scratches. After the spray putty has cured, it is easy to sand tightly to a mirror-smooth surface.

The SprayMax aerosol spray putty is known for its good coverage and filling. With the SprayMax spray putty you spray as much as 45mu per layer! In only 2 layers, all surface imperfections and scratches will be filled. This makes this spray putty easy and time-saving!

What can the SprayMax Spray Putty be sprayed on?

SprayMax spray putty adheres to many different substrates. This makes the spray putty universal for filling and leveling any surface. SprayMax Spray Putty adheres to:

• Plastic / Plastics (PVC, PPO/PA, ABS, PC/TBT)
• Wood
• 2K putty (cured)

Sprayable with any 1K & 2K lacquer

After curing, the SprayMax Spray-Putty is re-sprayable with any 1K and 2K lacquer. When the spray putty is dry, it should be sanded tight after which the primer can be sprayed as a primer for the adhesion of the 1K or 2-component paint.

• Dust dry: after 7 minutes
• Can be handled: after 15 minutes

• Wear personal protective equipment at all times
• Surface must be completely derusted and sanded
• Surface must be clean, dry, grease- and dust-free
• Shake the spray can for 2 minutes
• Spray a test piece first to check the color
• Keep a spraying distance of 15 to 20 cm
• Spray 2 covering layers a 80 - 90 µm
• Allow a drying time of 5 minutes
• Ensure a processing temperature of 18 to 25°C
• Cured? Wet sanding with P400 - P500, or dry sanding with P400 - P500
