Do you have a new plastic bumper and want to spray it with automotive paint? For the best and long-lasting adhesion of the paint on your plastic bumper, we advise you to spray a plastic adhesion primer first at all times. This SprayMax aerosol platic primer is easy and quick to spray on all plastic car parts. Make sure the surface is clean and sanded lightly. Then spray this plastic primer and after 10 minutes it will be dry and ready to be sprayed with your desired car paint.

How do I use SprayMax plastic spray primer?
Before you start, we advise you to clean and degrease the surface at all times with SprayMax silicone remover. This will make the plastic surface to be treated free of dust and grease after which you can lightly sand it. After this, shake the spray can well for 2 minutes. Always spray a test piece before you start spraying. Keep asl spray distance approximately 25cm. 1-2 thin layers (1-2 μm) are sufficient.

- Dust dry: 10 minutes at 20°C
- Recoatable: 10 minutes at 20°C
Tip:
- Wear personal protective equipment (respiratory protection Type: A2/P2, safety gloves such as e.g. latex or nitrile)
- After spraying, we recommend that you turn the spray can upside down and empty the built-in suction tube.

How much can I spray with a spray can?
A 400ml spray can covers approximately 1.5 to 2 m², depending on the material porosity and layer thickness. For larger projects or multiple layers, we recommend accounting for an extra 10% to ensure you don't run out halfway through.
