Loctite 55 is a sealing cord used to make threads, studs and (threaded) fittings watertight and gas-tight. The Loctite 55 sealing cord is impregnated, making it resistant to both high pressure and low pressure. The Loctite 55 sealing cord prevents gas leakage or water leakage.
Loctite 577
Loctite 577 is a liquid sealant for sealing and securing threads, fittings and metal pipes. Loctite 577 thread sealant cures slowly, does not shrink or creep. Because Loctite 577 has medium strength, this thread sealant is ideal for general use.
