FINIXA Light Green Polyester Putty with Hardener

GAP 30 is a creamy 2-component putty, on the basis of polyester resin, with a up to 30% reduced specific weight. Hereby a excellent sanding combined with a complete compact surface.

GAP 30 is suitable for steel, plastic reinforced fibreglass and wood, and can already be sanded after a short drying time, so it can be used for numerous applications.

Drying time FINIXA polyester putty Light:

Temperature obejct 20 degrees: sandable after 15-20 minutes
Óbject temperature 60 degrees: sandable after +/- 5-10 minutes.

The best result with FINIXA polyester putty Light:

Apply at +10 degrees and max. 90% relative humidity.
The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Then lightly sand to provide better adhesion.
Do not use on thermoplastic products or acidic products (wash primer)
Mix GAP 30 well with the supplied hardener.

Polyester putty mixed with hardener:

Mix the putty with 2 to 3% hardener. When in doubt, use a scale during mixing. Too much hardener causes not only a fast drying, but can also cause detachment of the putty and can leave marks through the paint.

Mix the putty with hardener carefully and avoid air infiltration during mixing. Air bubbles in the filler results in irregularities during application and sanding of the putty.
