CROP Filler Putty 750ml is a professional 2K polyester putty for filling very deep cracks, dents and holes. This 2K putty is known for its very high filling power which makes it especially suitable for mechanical applications and heavy duty jobs. The CROP filling putty adheres excellently to metal, aluminum, galvanized steel and galvanized iron. After complete curing, the filling putty is easy to sand smooth.

This putty from CROP has a 2K putty very high filling capacity. This allows you to apply the polyester putty thickly in multiple layers. With the CROP filler putty you level deep cracks, scratches, dents, holes and slots. The 2 component filler with high filling power is ideally suited to make metal car parts and body panels sleek again.

Sanding filler putty? You need this grit!

Sanding filler putty is done once it is fully cured. To sand putty, we recommend grit P80 to start with. Then proceed in stages to P120, P180 and P220 for a nice clean sanded putty. After the putty is dry you can apply your desired primer that serves as a primer for your paint.

Mixing ratio filling 2K putty

The filling 2K putty mixing ratio is 2 to 3%. Add between 2 and 3% hardener to the putty and mix the two components well while making the putty. Use a mixing pad with a spatula or putty knife to do this. Too much hardener can lead to too rapid curing and can also cause the putty to detach or mark through the paint. Therefore, always mix the putty with hardener carefully and avoid drawing in air while mixing.
