The CROP 2K wood putty contains special mineral fillers to which wood flour has been added. This allows you to use this dark brown 2K putty for wood both outdoors and indoors. This special polyester putty is suitable for repairing wooden window frames, doors, dormers, fascia, tables, chairs, antique furniture, garden furniture, a boat and other surfaces. Because the wood putty contains minerals, the filler is incredibly easy to apply with a putty knife or spatula. After drying, you can sand this polyester putty and wood to a smooth surface for an invisible repair.

Applying wood putty is done in 5 simple steps. Here is how you can repair damaged wood yourself with this polyester putty.

1. Mix the polyester wood putty with the hardener in the correct ratio (1.5% to 2.5% hardener by the filler).
2. Before application, sand the wood and make sure the surface is clean and grease-free.
3. Use a mixing pad to prepare the putty on so that you can work neatly.
4. Apply the 2K putty to the wood in multiple layers. Keep a 5-minute pause between coats.
5. Finished with the last layer? Already after 30 minutes you can sand the putty with P80 and P180.
