How to use renovation paste?
CROP Renovation Paste is a two component polyester putty that you need to mix with the hardener provided. The best way to use this renovation putty is explained below. In 5 simple steps you can use the renovation putty in the right way.
- Use a dispenser gun to mix the renovation paste with the hardener in the correct ratio.
- Before applying, sand the surface and make sure the surface is clean and grease-free.
- Use a mixing pad to apply the renovation paste on so that you can work neatly.
- Apply the repair paste in several coats. Keep a 10-minute pause between coats. Our advice is to apply a maximum of 10mm of putty per layer.
- Finished with the last layer? Already after 60 minutes you can sand the renovation paste with P80, P180, P280 and P400.
