Are you looking for a specific RAL color with paint hardener in spray can? 2K RAL paint is the best choice! The hardener in 2 component spray paint makes it extremely hard, resistant to scratches, chemicals and oil.
How to spray 2K RAL?
Spraying 2K RAL paint is easy in just a few steps. We are sharing a few helpful and very basic guidelines below.
- It is impossible to come out with an outstanding result when using spray paint if you don’t prep the surface appropriately. Ensure the surface is flawlessly clean by using a tack rag.
- Prior to activation, shake well for 2 minutes.
- Remove red plunger from cap, turn upside down and center with grey pin on bottom of the spray can.
- Press on bottom of the spray can. Remove red plunger and discard immediately (note, you will not hear a hissing sound).
- Shake can well for another two minutes.
- Spray a thin layer, followed by 2 to 3 paint layers with a spray distance of 20 to 30 cm. Wait between different paint layers for 3 to 5 minutes.
- After the final paint layer, let 2K paint dry for at least 12 hours at 20 °C.
- Done? The hardener will cure in the 2K RAL spray and has a shelf life of 6 hours.
