How to return?

CROP 1K Epoxy Primer
CROP 1K Epoxy Primer is a high-quality, one-component corrosion resistant sealer with excellent adhesion to metal, fibreglass and aluminum surfaces. 1K Epoxy primer spray paint improves adhesion of body fillers and resists moisture damage caused by water permeation. It is recoatable with all standard solvent or waterborne 1K and 2K paints.
Fast-drying primer
This fast-drying primer has a drying time of 5 to 10 minutes at 20 degrees Celsius. After just 30 minutes you can already sand the epoxy primer to a smooth surface. Recommended for repaired parts and spot repairs, but also for insulating sanded-through areas.

An epoxy primer on your car protects the bodywork against rust and corrosion. Ideal for all metal surfaces, e.g. steel, stainless steel, aluminium, anodised aluminium, brass, sanded factory coats and old paint layers, various plastics, glass fibre-reinforced synthetic material.
How do I spray epoxy primer?
Learning how to spray CROP epoxy primer is very easy! Please follow the instructions below.
- Make sure the surface is clean and oil-free. Use CROP Silicone Remover.
- Sand the surface for a better adhesion. Use grit P400 and P500.
- Repeat step 1.
- Shake spray can well.
- Spray 1 to 3 layers epoxy primer with a spray distance of 20 to 30cm. Apply a flash off time between coats of 3 to 5 minutes.
- After the final coat, let primer dry for about 30 minutes at 20°C. Afterwards, the primer is recoatable with 1K or 2K paint.
- Would you like to use the 1 component epoxy primer again next time? Turn the spray upside down and spray the nozzle empty until nothing comes out. Store it in a dark room.

How do I use a spray can?
Before using a spray can, make sure to shake it well. When spraying with a spray can, always work in a space that is at room temperature. The spray can itself should also be at room temperature.
How much can I spray with a spray can?
A 400ml spray can covers approximately 1.5 to 2 m², depending on the material porosity and layer thickness. For larger projects or multiple layers, we recommend accounting for an extra 10% to ensure you don't run out halfway through.
How long is a 2K spray can usable after activation?
24 hours. After activating the 2K spray can, the two components will mix, starting the curing process, making the spray can usable for 24 hours.
