How to apply this tintable 2K Bedliner Coating?

You can apply this tintable 2K Bedliner Coating with a paint roller or spray gun. Thanks to the user-friendly 2K formula of this Raptor Bedliner paint, you can get a high-quality end result as a professional as well as a do-it-yourselfer. Follow the steps below to apply Raptor's bedliner in the best way:

1. Lightly sand the surface with sandpaper.
2. Treat rust spots with a rust converter.
3. Apply the appropriate primer depending on the material epoxy primer for metal, plastic primer for plastic).
4. Mix the color paint well by stirring it.
5. Pour the color paint into the bedliner bottle.
6. Shake the bottle of bedliner paint well before use.
7. Add the hardener completely and mix well for two minutes.
8. Apply 2-3 coats with 60 minutes drying time each time.
9. Allow the coating to cure for at least 24 hours.

Note, preferably work at room temperature and in a dust-free room for even texture and optimum adhesion.

Matt, silk or high gloss finish

With this Raptor Bedliner paint , you determine the gloss level of the final result. By adjusting the spray pressure and distance, you can fully adjust the end result to your preference. This way, you can give your vehicle or project the desired look, from robust matte to sleek glossy. To determine the gloss level of bedliner paint, use the spray settings below:

• Matt effect: 5-7 bar, distance 70 to 80cm
• Side gloss: 3-5 bar, distance 50 to 60cm
• High gloss: 2-3 bar, distance 40 to 50cm
