How do to use the Rust-Oleum Metal Expert Rust Remover Dip?
- Remove really loose rust with a steel brush and test in an inconspicuous area first.
- Make sure the surface is completely degreased and dry to avoid adhesion problems.
- Pour the rust remover into a container and place the objects in it. Make sure everything is completely immersed in the Rust Remover Dip. Soak for about 8 hours. For heavily rusted objects, we advise you to leave them overnight.
- Remove the objects from the bath and rinse with water.
- Repeat the process if necessary.
