Thanks to the 1K formula, the bedliner paint cures quickly. This also makes this one component spray ideal for touching up and restoring an existing black bedliner coating for an invisible repair.

How to apply black bedliner coating with spray?

Would you like to apply black bedliner coating with this spray can? For best results, proper preparation is essential! Therefore, follow the steps below for proper application.

1. Make sure the surface is clean and free of grease. Use a professional degreaser for this purpose.
2. Sand the surface with sandpaper.
3. Repeat the first step to ensure it is completely clean and dust-free.
4. Apply a thin coat of Raptor Liner primer which serves as a primer for the adhesion of the bedliner coating. For plastic, we recommend using the Raptor Liner plastic primer.
5. After 20 minutes of drying, lightly sand the primer and wipe it off with a tack cloth.
6. Shake the spray can of bedliner coating well before use.
7. Spray an initial thin coat, followed by two to three full coats of bedliner paint. Keep a 10-minute break between spray coats.
8. After the last coat, allow the coating to cure thoroughly until it is completely dry.
