PPG UHS 2K Rapid Clearcoat D8135
PPG 2K UHS Rapid Clearcoat is a 2K acrylic urethane clearcoat for the repair and repainting of panels originally finished with clearcoat over a single or multistage colour basecoat system.
Flexible 2K Plastic Clear Varnish
PPG 2K Clear Varnish remains flexible after curing, making it suitable for spraying plastic surfaces. Unlike other varnishes, this 2-component clearcoat remains very flexible while retaining its strength, gloss and protection!
UHS 2K Clear Coat with High Coverage
PPG UHS 2K Clear Lacquer distinguishes itself in gloss degree and coverage. UHS stands for Ultra High Solid, which ensures higher coverage. Only one medium layer followed by another layer is sufficient.

The drying time of PPG Clearcoat depends on various factors such as paint layer thickness, temperature and humidity.

- Spray-gun nozzle: 1,2mm - 1,4mm
- Number of coats: 1 medium lcoat, followed by another coat
- Flash-off time at 20°C between coats: 2 to 3 minutes
- Application viscosity at 20°C: 18 to 20 seconds DIN4
- Potlife at 20°C: 30 to 40 minutes
PPG Activator & Thinner
This product must always be used with the corresponding paint hardener and thinner. The mixing ratio of activator and thinner with PPG 2K UHS Clearcoat is 2:1.
