MoTip Hammerfinish GOLD Spray Paint is a fast drying lacquer with hammered effect. This MoTip Hammerfinish Paint in aerosol for treated and untreated surfaces including wood, metal, aluminium, glass and plastic. The gold spray paint with hammer finish offers good coverage, is shock proof and is resistant to scratches, petrol, chemicals, thinned cleaners and weather influences.
How to use gold hammered paint in aerosol
Always wondered how to use gold hammered spray paint? In just a few simple steps you can use this hammerfinish lacquer in gold color.
- Pre Treatment: The surface should be clean, dry and free of grease. Remove loose old lacquer and rust and sand the surface. Apply a layer of MOTIP primer suitable for the surface. After drying, sand the base layer (grain 600).
- Treatment: The surface should be clean, dry and free of grease. The aerosol should have room temperature. Best processing temperature 10 to 25°C.
- Before use, shake the aerosol for 2 minutes and spray a sample. Distance to the surface to be treated approximately 25 to 30cm.
- Apply a thin first layer and after several minutes apply a finishing coat. Before applying the next layer, again shake the aerosol.
- Even when the lacquer has hardened, do not treat with acrylic lacquer or nitro-cellulose lacquer.
- After use, clean the valve (turn aerosol upside down and press the nozzle for approximately 5 seconds).
- The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, the humidity of the air and the thickness of the lacquer applied.
