By spraying Hammerite metal varnish, the clear coat will instantly protect metal from scratches, impacts and discoloration. The glossy coating makes the metal look beautiful and finished.

How to spray Hammerite metal varnish?

Spray Hammerite metal varnish is easy to use to give metal a clear coat. Thanks to the spray, with Hammerite metal varnish spray can you do not need a paint roller or brush and you can spray the high gloss clear coat on hard to reach places. Use the step-by-step instructions below on how to use Hammerite metal clear coat.

1. Remove loose paint and/or rust by sanding.
2. Clean the surface with Hammerite metal degreaser.
3. Shake spray can well at least 3 minutes before use. Note: this spray can does not have a bullet you can hear!
4. Apply at least 4 to 5 coats and spray in a smooth motion.
5. Maintain a spraying distance of 30cm.
6. Make sure corners and edges get sufficient layer thickness for best metal protection
7. We recommend pausing for 15 minutes between spray coats of varnish.
8. Ready? Let the varnish dry for at least 24 hours.
9. Tip: never hold the spray can still while spraying, this prevents sags.
10. Note: the spray can should be at room temperature.
