How to use metal paint spray?

Metal paint spray from Hammerite is an easy-to-use spray can to paint metal or lacquer iron. Thanks to the convenient spray, you don't need a paint roller or brush with the Hammerite metal paint spray. In addition, the metal paint spray gets to hard-to-reach places. Read the steps below on how to use the Hammerite metal paint spray.

1. Remove loose paint and rust with sandpaper.
2. Spray metal paint on bare metal? Then clean the surface with Hammerite Brush Cleaner & Thinner
3. Want to spray Hammerite metal paint on a surface that is already painted or varnished? Then clean this first with Hammerite Metal Degreaser.
4. Spraying non-ferrous metal? Treat it first with Hammerite Adhesion Primer.
5. Spraying Hammerite metal paint over an existing paint? If so, do a test coat first before spraying. If after one hour the paint layer does not show any defects (such as crackle), you can use the Hammerite metal paint. Otherwise, first sand off all the paint.
6. Tape the area well with masking paper and painter's tape.
7. Shake spray can well at least 3 minutes before use.
8. Apply at least 3 thin layers and spray in a smooth motion.
9. Allow a pause of 15 minutes between coats.
10. Keep a spraying distance of 30 cm.
11. Tip: never hold the aerosol can still while spraying, this prevents sags.
12. Note: the spray can should be at room temperature.
