ColorMatic 1K anti-corrosion primer has excellent adhesive properties, especially on polished metal, e.g. steel plate. Active rust protection pigments ensure optimum corrosion protection. Quick drying. Can also be used as a welding primer.
ColorMatic 1K Anti Corrosion Primer Red/Brown in a large 400ml Aerosol is a fast drying, lead free red oxide primer to treat untreated surfaces of ferro-metal. Suitable as pre treatment for re- spraying with air drying lacquer systems. Anti corrosion primer has excellent coverage, filling properties and adhesion. ColorMatic Anti Corrosion Primer is weldable and easy to sand and has excellent corrosion prevention.

Usage
Before use, carefully read the directions on the packaging and act accordingly.
- Pre Treatment
- The surface should be clean, dry and free of grease.
- Remove loose old lacquer and rust and sand the surface.
- Treatment
- The surface should be clean, dry and free of grease.
- The aerosol should have room temperature.
- Best processing temperature 5 to 30°C.
- Before use, shake the aerosol for 2 minutes and spray a sample.
- Distance to the surface to be treated approximately 20 centimetre.
- Apply anti corrosion primer in several layers.
- Before applying the next layer, again shake the aerosol.
- After use, clean the valve (turn aerosol upside down and press the nozzle for approximately 5 seconds).
- The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, the humidity of the air and the thickness of the lacquer applied.
