The concentration of solvents in the workplace can be too high when the filters in the spray booth or suction-wall are not be replaced in time. The replacement frequency dependents on the amount and the type of paint being used, the device with which is sprayed and the shape of the to be sprayed product.

For an optimum filter use, we therefore recommend a differential pressure gauge on the suction-wall or to mount on the outside of the spray booth that indicates exactly when the filters need to be replaced.
