The VHT Engine Enamel is an engine block paint that you can easily spray using the step-by-step plan below. In 5 steps, you spray the engine block paint Black satin matte in the right way for the desired effect.

1. Remove any loose paint and rust. Clean the surface thoroughly by using a good degreaser.
2. Spray the surface with primer. Use the VHT SP148 Primer spray paint for this purpose.
3. Shake the VHT Engine Enamel aerosol can well before use. Spray several layers of engine block paint until the desired coverage is achieved. Note, keep a 5-minute pause between coats to allow the paint to evaporate properly.
4. After the last coat, allow the paint to cure for at least 24 hours so that it is completely dry. You can also "bake" it to let it cure more quickly. This can be done with a hair dryer or 60 minutes in a 90°C oven.
5. We recommend only after 24 hours to load the sprayed surface against external influences.
