Gun Gauges
Air Pressure Gauges
Air regulator gauge is made from an aluminium body with steel and glass components that are resistant to solvent vapours. With PTFE gaskets, the user knows the gauge is protected from the best products. The aluminium body provides a light gauge and the user can barely notice it on the gun.
Digital Air Regulator
A digital pressure gauge ensures accurate and consistent air pressure for tools, filters, oilers, filter combo, spray paint guns and other air operating tools which allow for greatly reduced overspray and accurate airflow with immediate savings.
Pros
- Durable
- A calibrated digital pressure gauge stays calibrated much more reliably than a pressure gauge with analog output
- Can be customized to suit your application
- Easy-to-read display
Cons
- Requires power source
- Digital gauges require special certifications
Analog Pressure Gauge
Analog pressure gauges are sometimes referred to as dial gauges. Analog pressure gauge have a needle that directly responds to changes by pointing to numbers on a scale corresponding to the pressure sensed by the measuring element.
Pros
- Inexpensive
- Easy to use
- Made of mechanical parts and don't require a power sourc
Cons
- Prone to mechanical vibration
- Moving parts can wear out quickly
- Susceptible to
- overpressure
- extreme temperatures
- corrosion
- clogging
- vibration
- steam
- Require constant recalibration
SATA Adam 2
The SATA adam 2 displays the spray gun inlet pressure with an accuracy of +/- 0.05 bar. The pressure can be precisely adjusted via the large regulation wings. All SATA paint spray guns can be retrofitted with the SATA adam 2. Thus, painters can keep the pressure always under control to ensure precise colour matching and high quality finishes. Costly rework due to incorrect pressure setting is a thing of the past. The display always remains in the horizontal centre position ensuring perfect readability of the pressure at all times.
