How to use MOLYKOTE G-Rapid Plus Lubricant spray?

For optimum performance, first thoroughly clean and grease the contact surfaces or contact areas. Then spray the lubricating paste from the spray in even layers and a smooth motion. Do not use the lubricating paste in excess as in grease application. Vigorous rubbing into the metal surface will improve adhesion. Do not mix the paste with other greases or oils.
