FLEX PXE 80 Nano Battery Mini Polisher

FLEX PXE 80 Battery Polisher can move to the next step in just one click. Rotary polisher, eccentric polisher or daisy sander: the PXE 80 can be changed over in just 10 seconds - without any tools or any stress. The machine contains a bumper ring for safe handling, brushless motor technology, 4 speed settings suitable for various operating conditions, constant speed control for effective working, accelerator trigger swith with lock for slow and sensitive start and locking for continuous running and grip areas with soft grip for perfect ergonomics and handling.

Polishing hard to reach areas

Thanks to the extended grip surface, the PXE 80 can be securely held in any part of the hand. This allows you to work with ease, just as you want. The daisy disc can be used to quickly and cleanly remove incorrect and excess paintwork. The 75 mm and 30 mm velcro pad allow you to polish small and difficult places. Think of door handles, spoilers, rims, sills and other car interior parts. 

Machine for polishing headlights & wet sanding

Thanks to its interchangeable drive, the PXE is ideal for highly abrasive polishing as well as removing holograms when finishing. 

Quick-change system

• Daisy disc grinding Rapid spot repairs to correct damage, 30mm velcro pad and 30mm abrasive pad.
• Polishing (rotary/eccentric 3/12mm) Flexible polishing with polishing pads < 75 mm, 30mm velcro pad that can be combined with any type of drive and stroke size.
• Polishing and grinding (eccentric 3/12mm) The 75mm velcro pad can be combined with the 3mm eccentric drive and 12mm stroke. The 12mm stroke is best placed for correcting defects, removing holograms and finishing. The 3mm stroke for sanding and correcting damage.

Brushless motor

FLEX PXE 80 contains a brushless motor for a longer service life, greater performance and longer runtime. The machine also has a smart battery system with charge indicator. FLEX PXE 80 is compatible with all FLEX 10.8 V battery packs. We also sell all powerpacks online.
