How to spray DupliColor glitter paint?
You can spray the DupliColor glitter paint in 5 simple steps. With the step-by-step plan below, you can easily process the paint with glitter the right way.
- Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free of dust. Use a good degreaser for this. Remove any loose old paint or rust and sand the surface with 320-grit paper.
- Apply a white primer for the best metallic effect in the paint. If the surface is plastic, spray a plastic primer first followed by the white primer. Always sand the primer with 600-grit paper.
- Shake the spray can well for 2 minutes before use and keep a distance of 25cm to 30cm from the surface while spraying.
- Apply several thin coats in a smooth motion. Before applying the next coat, again shake the spray can well.
- For good protection, we recommend spraying the glitter paint with a clear coat.
