It is easier to control the spray gun and you will be spending much less material while the car paint quality will be very high.

Nozzle size is another important factor to keep in mind. The thicker the paint used, the larger your gun nozzle should be. Choosing the right spray gun nozzle might seem like a difficult job. However, you'll achieve the best results when you refer to the paint manufacturers technical data sheets for that particular product you're spraying.

- 1.4: 2K car paint, 2K clear coat and 1K alkyd paint
