How to apply anti rust wax?

In 5 steps, you can easily apply the anti rust wax to the car yourself. To apply the cavity wax with anti-rust protection you need an undercoating spray gun. Follow the steps below on how best to spray the anti-rust wax.

1. Make sure the undercoating canister is at room temperature. Here a processing temperature of 15 to 30°C is best.
2. Because of the High Solid quality and because heavy pigments in the coating sink to the bottom, it is important to shake the can very well for at least 5 minutes. This mixes all components well together and makes the coating more fluid.
3. Turn the bodyschutz spray gun on the bottom screw canister and set the working pressure between 3 and 5 bar.
4. Apply 1 coat of cavity wax. Want to spray another coat? Then wait 5 minutes before applying the second coat.
5. After 45 minutes at 20 degrees Celsius, the anti-rust wax is dry.
