Professional Red Brake Caliper Paint in Raptor spray
Raptor Caliper Enamel spray is a professional heat resistant paint in the color red high gloss for spraying calipers and -drums. Thanks to advanced ceramic resins, this caliper paint is heat resistant up to 500°C. As a result, your calipers enjoy long-lasting protection against heat, brake dust, corrosion, chemicals and brake fluid. This makes the Raptor Caliper Enamel Paint spray can ideal for both car enthusiasts and professionals who want to paint their calipers red with a professional finish.
Apply directly to metal
A big advantage of this heat-resistant paint is that it can be sprayed directly onto the metal of the caliper without primer! This saves time, work and costs. The paint adheres very well to surfaces such as cast iron, steel, aluminum and galvanized metal. Make sure the surface is well degreased and lightly sanded, and you can get started right away.
High gloss red caliper paint for a sporty look
This high gloss red caliper paint in Raptor Caliper Enamel spray can, gives a stylish high gloss dark red finish to your calipers. Thanks to its high hiding power and beautiful flow, the paint dries smoothly and evenly on the caliper without flaking, cracking or discoloration. With this heat resistant paint for your calipers, create a sporty look.
Easy to use with professional results
The spray can is equipped with an anti-clog nozzle, allowing you to easily apply multiple coats. Within just 2 hours, the paint is hand-solid and fully dry after 5 hours (at 20°C). For optimal curing on the car, it is enough to take a drive after installation, with the heat from the brakes finishing the process.
Durable and 5x stronger than standard caliper paint
Compared to regular paints, this caliper paint is five times stronger. This makes the product perfect for applications where wear resistance and durability are crucial. As a result, you won't have to worry about peeling paint after a few months. With Raptor Caliper Enamel, you choose long-lasting performance.
How to use Raptor Brake Caliper Paint Red spray can?
Want to give your calipers a new, durable and stylish look with the Raptor Brake Caliper Enamel red spray paint can? Then follow the steps below for the best results.
- Step 1: Provide a safe and well-ventilated work environment
- Work outside or in a well-ventilated area. Always wear protective gloves, goggles and a mouth mask while sanding and spraying. The spray mist and fumes can be harmful if used unprotected.
- Step 2: Disassemble the caliper or shield the area
- For best results, it is recommended to disassemble the caliper from the car. Want to leave them in place? Then carefully tape off all surrounding parts such as brake discs, wheel wells and suspension to avoid overspray.
- Step 3: Clean and degrease thoroughly
- Use a degreaser to completely remove dirt, grease, oil and brake dust. A clean surface is crucial for good adhesion.
- Step 4: Lightly sand the surface
- Sand the surface of the caliper with 180- to 220-grit sandpaper to lightly roughen it. This promotes paint adhesion. For already painted or primed surfaces: use finer sandpaper such as 400 to 600-grit (primer) or P800-P1000 (painted parts). Then clean again.
- Step 5: Preparation of the spray can
- Make sure the spray can is at room temperature (between 15-25°C). Shake the spray vigorously for at least 2 minutes to mix the contents well. This prevents spraying problems and ensures even results.
- Step 6: Apply several thin coats
- Hold the spray can about 15 to 25cm away from the surface. Apply 2 to 3 thin coats at 10 minutes intervals (flash-off time). This will prevent drips and provide even coverage. Spray with gentle, overlapping motions.
- Step 7: Let the paint dry and cure
- After applying the final coat, let the calipers dry at room temperature for at least 5 hours. Ideally, let them dry overnight.

How do you remove adhesive residues
Are there adhesive residues on your car from a sticker or car wrap? Removing adhesive residues from the car can be tricky without damaging the paint. To remove adhesive residues without scratching, it’s best to use a caramel wheel. This is a rubber grinding wheel specifically designed to remove adhesive residues without damaging the car paint
How much can I spray with a spray can?
A 400ml spray can covers approximately 1.5 to 2 m², depending on the material porosity and layer thickness. For larger projects or multiple layers, we recommend accounting for an extra 10% to ensure you don't run out halfway through.
