MOLYKOTE P37 Lubricating Paste in 500 gram can is an extremely pure, solid anti seize paste designed specifically for threaded joints under extreme conditions. Completely free of lead, nickel, sulfur and halogens, this anti-seize lubricating paste combines a mineral oil base with solid lubricants such as graphite and zirconium dioxide to provide excellent protection against seizing, corrosion and wear. MOLYKOTE P37 anti seize paste continues to effectively lubricate up to temperatures of approximately 1400°C, maintaining lubricant film and reliability in demanding applications. Thanks to its low flow-out, it stays in place and provides long-lasting performance in screw joints, even after prolonged exposure to heat.

What is MOLYKOTE P37 Anti Seize Paste used for?

MOLYKOTE P37 Anti Seize Paste is used in highly critical threaded joints exposed to high temperatures and loads, such as those in gas and steam turbines, combustion engines, heat exchangers, exhaust systems and power-plant installations. This MOLYKOTE lubricating paste is also used in materials with high alloy contents (such as nickel-chrome steel) where conventional lubricants can lead to stress corrosion corrosion.

How to use MOLYKOTE P37 anti-seize paste

Thoroughly clean the contact surface of rust, dirt and old lubricants so that the surface is clean and dry. Apply an even, thin coat of MOLYKOTE P-37 to the thread or contact surface. Ensure that the lubricating paste completely covers the thread lining without overcoating. Avoid mixing with other lubricants so as not to compromise performance integrity. After exposure to high temperatures, the joint remains demountable due to its anti-seize action.
