JUSTRITE Dip Tanks with HDPE polyethylene liner offer outstanding chemical resistance to permit use with the harsh, corrosive chemicals sometimes used in labs and industrial environments. Liners are easy to clean or replace when necessary.

Use for cleaning parts and subassemblies where the volume of work does not warrant a larger rinse tank. Portable size accommodates changing production requirements. Dip tank covers stay open for convenient access; self-closing mechanism and fusible link melts at 165°F (74ºC) to snap the cover shut in case of fire. A dip tank is used in combination with thinner, paint stripper or other chemical liquids. It is used to thoroughly clean parts. As the name suggests, it is placed in the tank with liquid. This gives the liquid the time to vigorously clean parts.

Dip Tank with self-closing lid

The tank has a self-closing lid, it automatically closes when the temperature rises above 74 degrees Celsius. This will prevent the risk of fire.

How does a Dip Tank work?

Firstly, open the lid. Pour the liquid and close the lid. Use the right personal protection products at all times. Think of a spray mask, gloves, overalls and safety goggles.
