100 days return and exchange
Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
How to return?
- After registering your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Please pack your product(s) carefully.
- Print your order confirmation and attach it to the parcel. In case you don’t have a printer, write a note with all your details.
- Bring your parcel to a post office in your area and send it to our address.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.

PROFI-STRIPPER 1K stripper is a very strong liquid 1K strippers based on methylene chloride, formic acid, ethane and dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid. This liquid paint remover is very strong and therefore removes thick layers of paint.
- Paint stripper is suitable for cold removing of a great variety of paints, both air drying and muffle lacquers.
- Is pure and used as a dip stripper. Contains a wax which separates at the surface, so that evaporation of the methylene chloride is prevented.
- Not flammable and does not attack metals such as steel, aluminium or copper.
- Requires no separate strengthening
- Application: Dip or lubricate the objects for 5-60 minutes into the liquid until the paint has been released. Rinse with water, if possible supported by brushing and spraying.
- Safety: Based on methylene chloride which is harmful if inhaled. The vapour should not come in contact with open flames or glowing surface. When it is used inside, there should be adequate ventilation to be present. One needs goggles and plastic gloves to wear, since contact with skin and eyes should be avoided. If this takes place anyway, then rinse well with water.

This states that you are fully aware that the above products may only be processed in a ventilated area.
