JUSTRITE Metal Dip Tank is a metal sink where loose car parts, screws, nuts, bolts or other parts can be placed. It is used with paint stripper or thinner and is ideal when you want to clean small parts. It is made of powder coated metal that is resistant to the most aggressive liquids!

Dip Tank for thinners, paint removers & chemical liquids

A dip tank is used in combination with thinner, paint stripper or other chemical liquids. It is used to thoroughly clean parts. As the name suggests, it is placed in the tank with liquid. This gives the liquid the time to vigorously clean parts.

Dip Tank with self-closing lid

The tank has a self-closing lid, it automatically closes when the temperature rises above 74 degrees Celsius. This will prevent the risk of fire.

How does a Dip Tank work?

Firstly, open the lid. Pour the liquid and close the lid. Use the right personal protection products at all times. Think of a spray mask, gloves, overalls and safety goggles.

Optional insert basket for separate (sub) parts

Optionally, a separate basket can be purchased. This metal basket can be placed in the tank where small parts can be placed. The insert basket has a hole on the bottom that serves as a sieve. Thanks to the handle attached to the basket, you can slowly place the insert basket and take it out again, keeping your hands clean and dry. The use of an insert basket is ideal when you want to clean small parts.

The tank is available in red and yellow. The sinks are made of powder coated metal that is resistant to the most chemical and aggressive liquids. Thanks to the two different colors, several tanks can easily be kept apart.
