CROP Interface Heavy Cut Pad for coarse polishing of car paintwork. This heavy cut polishing pad can be used to polish deep scratches from car paint, remove swirls and holograms or repair a car with damaged paint. The polishing pad has high paint correction and can therefore also be used to remove orange peel or polish dust from car paint.

- Car paint with deep scratches or heavy oxidation: The heavy cut disc is aggressive enough to really work through the top coat. Use it as the first step, followed by a medium and soft pad to remove holograms and swirls.
- Gelcoat on boats or campers: Weathered, dull gelcoat responds well to a heavy cut pad. The 80mm size is handy for smaller areas and spots where you work less precisely with a 125mm or 150mm disc.
- Less suitable for light correction or gloss finishing: For light scratches or a finishing step, this disc is too aggressive and leaves holograms. In that case, choose a medium or soft foam pad, or work in steps with this disc as the first correction step.
