COLORMATIC 1K Primer Filler is a professional, quick drying and universal 1-component primer of MoTip Dupli-Color with excellent adhesion, filling strength and corrosion protection for all metal substrates. Can be sprayed with all common water-based and synthetic base coat and 1K and 2K topcoat systems. Depending on the layer thickness as well as primer and filler to use. Also ideal for spot repairs.
More than a filler primer
COLORMATIC 1K Primer / Filler is more than a 1-component primer with a good filling. This primer can also be used as wash primer, filler and filler primer. How this works is shown below.
- Wash primer: Spray this primer in 1 layer with a layer thickness of 15 μm.
- Primer: Spray this primer in 1 to 2 layers with a layer thickness between 15 and 30 μm.
- Filling primer:Do you want this primer to fill the imperfections? Then spray 2 to 3 layers with a layer thickness of 30 to 50 μm.

How do I spray these 1-component primer from Colormatic?
We recommend that you first de-stain the damaged area and clean thoroughly with a silicone remover. This ensures that the surface is clean, free of grease and dust. Then shake the aerosol can well for 2 minutes and first spray a test piece before using the product.
- Remove rust, sand the surface and clean with a silicone remover.
- Shake the aerosol for at least 2 minutes, counting from the audible part of the balls.
- Spray a test piece and check the color.
- Apply several thin layers at a distance of 15 to 20 cm.
- Nat-in-wet sprayable after 12 to 15 minutes (20 degrees)
- Sandable after 30 minutes (at 20 ° C) or after 8 to 10 minutes at IR drying
- After use, replace canister and spray valve.

- Wear personal protective equipment (respiratory protection Type: A2 / P2, protective gloves such as latex or nitrile)
