Frequently Asked Questions
What compressor do you need to spray paint?
You need an oil-free compressor to spray paint. When the compressor is oil-free, you don't have to worry that residual oil can get into the paint or lacquer. To spray paint, you also need a compressor that provides enough compressed air for your paint sprayer.
What does a compressor consume?
A compressor uses less energy thanks to energy-saving components. A compressor consumes little power if it runs on 220 volts or 400 volts power.
Which compressor is best to use?
Which compressor is best to use is different for each application. If you want to spray paint, it is best to use an oil-free compressor. If you are going to use heavy air tools, then a piston compressor is best to use.
Are there quiet compressors?
Yes, there are quiet compressors. These low-noise compressors are quiet thanks to special materials that dampen vibrations, noises and noise. Silent compressors make no more noise than 67 db(A).
How long can a compressor run?
A compressor can run for a long time as long as there is enough compressed air in the boiler. When the tank is empty, the compressor will kick on to build up compressed air in the boiler again. After this, the compressor can run for a long time again.
A compressor with or without oil?
A compressor with or without oil is different for each application. If you are going to spray paint then you will want a compressor without oil. Are you using Heavy Duty pneumatic tools then you want a compressor with oil.
When is this oil-lubricated compressor suitable for you?
This oil-lubricated compressor is a good choice if you want to use heavy-duty compressed air tools continuously, such as an impact wrench or a sander. The compressor delivers a constant airflow and is built for long-term use.

- Intensive use of compressed air tools: For jobs where you want to use heavy-duty tools such as a pneumatic sander or a sander for extended periods, this compressor offers the necessary capacity and constant air pressure.
- Workshop with multiple users: If you work in a workshop where multiple people need compressed air simultaneously for various tasks, the high air output ensures that everyone can continue working efficiently.
- Less suitable for occasional and light work: For occasional use of a blow gun or inflating tires, this large, heavy compressor is oversized. In that case, choose a more compact, lighter compressor with a smaller pressure vessel.
