3. Clean both sides with 3M 08984 degreaser.
4. Spray the 3M 08090 adhesive onto each surface in 3 coats.
5. Spray the 3rd coat in the opposite direction of the two previously applied coats.
6. Let the adhesive dry for 5 minutes until it feels tacky to the touch.
7. Press firmly and evenly on the two surfaces to ensure proper adhesion.
