PPG Epoxy Thinner can be used in combination with PPG Epoxy Primer. Choosing a great basecoat, clear coat, auto primers or car paint is the start of a great car repair. However, the right thinner or reducer will help finish it.

Why use auto thinner?

Auto thinners are solvents that can dissolve car paint and reduce viscosity of automotive paint. Thinning automotive paint might be necessary before using a spray gun to apply car spray paint. It is crucial that car paint can pass easily through the spray nozzle to achieven an even color across your vehicle's surface. In case car paint is too thick, you won't achieve an even flow and the spray gun will continually get clogged.
