To properly use MOLYKOTE Bearing grease for food industry, start by thoroughly cleaning the contact points. Remove old grease, dust, dirt and any residue to prevent contamination of the new lubricant. Next, MOLYKOTE G-0052 FM can be applied by hand, a grease gun, automatic grease pump or through a centralized lubrication system, depending on the application and equipment. For plain or plain bearings, fresh grease is pumped in until the old grease is visibly displaced from the outlet, so that the system is completely refreshed. For ball and roller bearings, it is advisable to follow the manufacturer's specific instructions. Apply the grease evenly and avoid excessive application: a thin, well-distributed lubricating film usually provides the best protection and performance.
