Thanks to the combination of mineral oil, lithium soap and blank solid lubricants, this professional lubricating paste provides excellent protection against friction, stick-slip, seizing and corrosion, even in demanding conditions. The temperature range of MOLYKOTE DX lubricating paste is typically between -25°C and +125°C.

MOLYKOTE DX lubricating paste is ideal for sliding surfaces, sliding contacts, screw threads, shafts, bearings and mechanical joints that undergo low to moderate speed but must endure high forces. It is also used in electrical equipment, office and packaging machinery, instrumentation, machine guides and precision applications where a "clean" lubrication method is required.

How to use MOLYKOTE DX lubricating paste?

First clean contact surfaces thoroughly to remove contaminants, old grease or dirt. Apply the paste with a brush, spatula or grease gun to the parts to be lubricated to form an even lubricating film. When used in bearings or sliding contacts, new material can be added until any old layers of grease are visibly displaced. Excess is generally not harmful, but a thin film is often effective.
