MIRKA ROS150NV Sander is a pneumatic orbital sander that is ideal for polishing away small imperfections such as dust, sags and small blemishes. This MIRKA sander is ideal for spot repair work!
The MIRKA ROS 150NV finishing machine is low weight below 0.5 kg and an ergonomic grip very well in the hand. The MIRKA ROS150NV has a fast connection (roloc) for changing the pad and is fast and stable in use. Through the 5 mm orbit, the machine makes a more uniform scratch pattern and any deep scratches in the surface to prevent.
When painting vehicles, contaminants (dust particles) can impair the final result of the paint job. Type and quantity depend on various environmental factors, for example: insufficient cleaning of the substrate before painting, lint from clothing or contaminated air in the spray booth and piping system. These dust particles cause imperfections on surfaces and if not removed can lead to dissatisfied customers.
Until now, these dust particles are often still removed manually. This costs a lot of time and money, because a system with several sanding steps is used. With the Mirka ROS 150NV in combination with MIRKA Polarstar SR 33 mm discs P2500, it is possible to remove the interfering dust particles in one sanding step. Afterwards, you can then polish immediately.
