The MIRKA AOS130NV finishing machine is a low weight below 0.5 kg and an ergonomic grip very well in hand. The MIRKA AOS130NV has a fast connection (Roloc) for changing the pad and is fast and stable to use. The device gives a better visual control over the sanded area while sanding and small size makes it possible to inaccessible places. Through the 3-mm orbit the machine makes a finer scratch pattern and an easier polishing process.

When painting vehicles, contaminants (dust particles) can impair the final result of the paint job. Type and quantity depend on various environmental factors, for example: insufficient cleaning of the substrate before painting, lint from clothing or contaminated air in the spray booth and piping system. These dust particles cause imperfections on surfaces and if not removed can lead to dissatisfied customers.

Until now, these dust particles are often still removed manually. This costs a lot of time and money, because a system with several sanding steps is used. With the Mirka AOS130NV in combination with MIRKA Polarstar SR 33 mm discs P2500, it is possible to remove the interfering dust particles in one sanding step. Afterwards, you can then polish immediately.
