As we ship from within the European Union, orders delivered to the UK or other non-EU countries may be subject to import duties, VAT, and handling fees upon delivery. These charges are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking local customs regulations in advance to avoid any unexpected costs.
Choose convenience, ease, and environmental friendliness by picking up your order at a nearby UPS pick-up point. You decide when to pick up your order there. Orders over €200 are delivered for free; for orders below that, you only pay €15.95.

Not satisfied with your product? That’s a pity, but we are going to do something about this. Products can be returned in their original condition within 100 days of receiving your order.
Note: after the 100 days return period it is no longer possible to return a product. You still have at least 2-year warranty on your product.
Immediately after we receive your parcel, it will be inspected by our returns department with a desired solution.
Within 7 days after confirmation of your product, we will refund the purchase price to the same bank account number used during payment. Did you pay with a gift voucher? You will receive the amount back as a voucher.
Have you ordered paint and not satisfied with the color? Our experienced color makers carefully mix the paint with the utmost care. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return customized paint.
