Koch Chemie Headlight Polish 2
Koch Chemie Headlight Polish is a high gloss polish with sealant suitable for already pre-treated PMMA headlights. Koch Chemie Hlp2 can be used to remove scratches up to P2000.
Restore yellow and dull headlights
UV radiation can cause headlights to yellow and dull. This can cause the light image to deteriorate, preventing a vehicle from being MOT approved. It is therefore important to repair weathered headlights on time. Hlp2 was developed to give headlights an extra high-gloss finish. This is because Koch Chemie Headlight Polish 2 contains integrated carnauba wax. We recommend at all times polishing the headlights first with Koch Chemie Headlight Polish 1.
How do I use Koch Chemie Headlight Polish with Sealant?
- Use Koch Chemie Thermo Pad.
- Process the machine polish at medium speed.
- Due to the thermochromic properties of the color pigments in the pad, the Thermo Pad changes color from orange to yellow from a temperature of 45 °C, so the color change serves as an indicator.
- During polishing, the headlight surface temperature should not exceed 40°C - 45°C.
- For best results, we recommend pre-treating with Koch Chemie Headlight Polish 1.
