Open Time (also called "wet time" or "pot life", is the time that the glue is wet enough to bond. The open time is temperature dependent.) at 23 ° C: is 60 minutes
Working Time (During working hours can, the already be bonded part still be positioned. Do not remove the once bonded part apart) at 23 ° C: 90 minutes. (Processing time approximately 90 minutes)
Handling time at 23 ° C: 4 hours (drying time 4 hours, the car can thus be moved after 4 hours)
Full cure at 23 ° C: 24 hours
Where to use metal adhesive
The solution for moving panels consisting of different raw materials to each other. Applications: Replace roof, aluminium door panel, rear door etc.

Cures at room temperature.
Minimal adhesive layer is guaranteed by 0.25 mm glass beads.
Excellent resistance to automotive e-coat and powder coating.
Spot weld possible (wet).
Unique anti-corrosion formula so no need primer on white materials.
High energy absorption and high impact behaviour.
Even after the opening of the cartridge has a shelf life of 2 years.
Good persistence for both horizontal and vertical applications.
Not flammable.
